Ingredients

Each 10ml dose contains:

  • WILD HARVESTED SEA BUCKTHORN extract equivalent to fresh berries 144,500mg standardised to contain 650mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, thaumatin, citric acid and water.
Directions and Precautions

Take the recommended dose by age group:

Adults (over 12 years): 10mls (2 metric tsp)
Children (6-12 years): 5mls (1 metric tsp)
Young Children (1-5 years): 1ml (metric tsp)

Acute support: If unwell, take recommended dose every 3 hours daily.
Daily support: Take recommended dose once daily to support a healthy immune system.
