Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once it’s complete and again when it has been dispatched from our Hawke’s Bay warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process and pack orders as fast as possible as part of our excellent customer experience, so once you confirm and pay for your order, it cannot be changed, so please ensure you take time to review the contents of your cart carefully before confirming your order'
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. You can also pay using Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 1–3 business days once dispatched for most NZ addresses.
For Australia, 3-5 working days for main city centres and 5-10 working days for outer areas
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within New Zealand and to Australia.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
If a product is available as a subscription, you’ll see the option on the product page. Choose how often you’d like it delivered (e.g. every 30, 90 or 365 days), and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll be charged automatically before each delivery.
Can I pause, change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you’re in control. You can manage your subscription through your account — update the frequency, pause a delivery, or cancel at any time.
Returns
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right — please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll sort it out quickly.
