Harker Herbals Sleep Well is a calming herbal syrup formulated with a blend of traditional botanicals including passionflower, zizyphus, valerian and hops.

This gentle formula is designed to support relaxation and healthy sleep patterns, making it a useful addition to your evening routine during times of hormonal change, periods of stress, or for shift workers looking to wind down and prepare for restful sleep.
Ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains:

  • PASSIONFLOWER extract equivalent to dry flower 820mg
  • ZIZYPHUS extract equivalent to dry seed 1215mg
  • VALERIAN extract equivalent to dry root 730.4mg
  • HOPS extract equivalent to dry flowers 364.5mg

In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine,natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions and Precautions

Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)

Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed.

If needed, take another 5mls through the night.
Can be taken long-term.
