Harker Herbals Iron Boost is a convenient liquid formula containing iron amino acid chelate, together with Ashwagandha, Codonopsis and Nettle extracts and a blend of fruit and vegetable concentrates.

This easily absorbed iron glycinate is non-constipating and gentle on the digestive system with no metallic after taste. Blended it with herb, fruit and vegetable juices selected for their nutritive value to aid absorption and support healthy blood cells. Iron Boost is useful for all low iron conditions and an effective plant-based option for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
Ingredients

Flavour Profile: Berry

Each 5ml dose contains:

  • ASHWAGANDHA - extract equivalent to dry root 857mg
  • CODONOPSIS - extract equivalent to dry root 486mg
  • NETTLE - extract equivalent to dry leaf 1350mg
  • IRON amino acid chelate - equivalent to elemental iron 7mg 37mg

In a syrup base of fruit and vegetable concentrates including organic NZ blackcurrant, spinach, organic beet root, organic carrot, blood orange, chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions and Precautions

Adults: Take 5mls three times per day OR take a single dose of 15ml once per day if preferred.
Children 1-5 years: 5mls per day.
Children 5-10 years: 5mls twice per day.
Children 10 years and over: 5mls two to three times per day.

Can be taken long-term.
