Each 10 ml dose contains:

Dried herbs: Couch Grass Herb 600 mg, Hydrangea Root 600 mg,
Golden Rod Herb 520 mg, Horsetail Herb 400 mg.

Essential oils: Orange Oil 0.004 ml, Lime Oil 0.004 ml, Lemon Oil 0.003 ml, Cajeput Oil 0.002 ml.

In a base of: Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Iodine 16.73 mcg

Adults over 12 years: Take 10 mls two to three times daily.

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
