A targeted daily formula designed to support women throughout their monthly cycle. Period Pal combines Vitex, Ashwagandha, Ginkgo Biloba, Zinc and Iodine from Atlantic kelp to provide nutritional and herbal support for menstrual wellbeing, healthy ovulation and a balanced cycle.

With a carefully selected blend of traditionally used botanicals and essential nutrients, Period Pal is designed to fit easily into your daily wellness routine, with two vegan capsules taken each morning.
Ingredients

Quantity per daily serve (2 capsules):

  • Vitex Agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) fruit extract (10:1) - Standardised to 0.6% aucubin, 0.5% agnuside - 400 mg
  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract - Standardised to 10% withanolides - 300 mg
  • Ginkgo biloba extract - Standardised to 24% ginkgo flavonglycosides - 320 mg
  • Zinc (elemental) as Zinc Gluconate - 15 mg
  • Iodine from Kelp extract powder - 100 mcg
Directions and Precautions

Take 2 capsules daily throughout the month, or as directed by your GP. We recommend taking them at the same time each morning to fit with our hormonal circadian rhythm.

  • Period Pal is not recommended for those 18 and under, with nightshade allergies or sensitivities to the listed ingredients, who are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • Those on thyroid medication should consult their GP before use as this product contains Iodine.
  • Recommended to be taken away from medications.
  • If you have PCOS we recommend use of this product under the guidance of a health practitioner or naturopath.
