Directions and Precautions

Chew, do not swallow whole. 

Children 2-4 years: Chew 1 gummy, once daily
Children 5-9 years: Chew 1 gummy, twice daily
Children 10-13 years: Chew one gummy, 2-3 times daily
Children 14 years and over: Chew 2 gummy, twice daily
