Each capsule provides:

Other Ingredients:Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica in a clear vegetable capsule. Sugar free.
Directions and Precautions

Adults and children 12+ years: For the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food in divided doses. Thereafter, take 1 capsule twice daily with food as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
