100% Grass Fed & Finished Beef Liver and Beef Spleen (freeze-dried), 500mg per capsule, Gelatine Capsule.
Directions and Precautions

Take 4 - 6 capsules daily with water.

4 capsules: 2000mg/day (8.01mg heme iron)
6 capsules: 3000mg/day (12.01mg heme iron)

Note: Taking them all at once is optimal, but spreading them out is equally beneficial.

Optional: Capsules can be opened and added to smoothies or meals.
