Directions and Precautions

Take 4 capsules per day. You can take them whole, or open the capsules to mix with food or drink (e.g. in a smoothie). We recommend taking them in the morning for energy throughout the day.

Taking supplements with coffee can interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, we recommend a 30 minute window on either side.
